About
Our story
Diarmuid, a native Irishman, grew up on a dairy farm in County Cork in south west Ireland. Linda grew up in the south of Sweden. After a number of years working and travelling abroad Linda ended up in Dublin in 2008. There they met and fell in love over a pint of craft beer (or two). Their common love for good food and drinks was what brought them together and it was also how the idea of starting a microbrewery came about.
After moving with their young family to the Swedish countryside the Uncharted Brewing Company was founded in 2016. The rest, as they say, is history.
The Brewery
Our home is in Eslöv, in the south of Sweden. In our fifteen-barrel plant we can produce up to 2,500 litres at a time. We deliver our beer in either cans or kegs, both fully recyclable.
Sustainability
Sustainability is one of our core values and we work closely with our suppliers and local farmers to ensure that every part of our production is as environmentally sustainable as possible. Also, we work actively with the Sustainability in Brewing Program at Lund University to further the research in our domain.
Our three driving principles are to reduce, reuse or recycle.
